We have developed strong relationships with clients across the UK. The majority of our clients are from London and the South of England. Clients are welcome to meet us at our offices or when we occasionally hold meetings in Central London. However, much of our work is carried out by telephone, email and post as our office is remote overlooking the beautiful Pennines in West Yorkshire.
Mortgage Market was established as a partnership in 1997 becoming a private limited company in 1999 as an independent residential and commercial mortgage “packaging” company. In 2004, we decided to focus resources towards direct client business and being multi-registered with a variety of ” mortgage packagers ” as well as lenders throughout the UK.. This enables access a huge range of exclusive club deals as well as preferential arrangemnets with lenders.
Our small dedicated team has many years experience in advice, designing solutions, underwriting, managing applications and progressing solutions to a successful result for our clients. We provide a 1st Class that gives added value service to our clients. 80% of our business is derived from existing clients, with the remainder coming by way of our existing clients kindly introducing us to people they know. Our success rate is one of the highest in the country with over 96% of cases submitted to lenders achieving appropriate offers of finance.
We have specialist knowledge and experience in residential finance for purchasers, movers, 2nd home and first time buyers. We have specialist knowledge and experience in arranging non-conforming mortgages, for residential investment property (‘Buy-to-let’), “Let to Buy” , commercial mortgages and secured loans.
